- Drive tooling and automation for product workflows.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and risk mitigation for large, multi-team programs; run dependency resolution and escalation paths.
- Create enablement programs, onboarding, playbooks, templates, and operating-level agreements with partner organizations.
- Lead cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and experimentation at scale, embedding these practices across product teams.
- Mentor and coach product managers, program leaders and analysts to raise organization capability in product thinking.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 8+ years of experience in product discovery, product management, product operations, program management, or related function in software/SaaS/embedded product environments.

- Proven analytical rigor: comfortable defining metrics, partnering with analytics/data teams, and driving data-informed decisions.
- Hands-on familiarity with product tooling ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders and present to executive audiences.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- Experience with experimentation/A-B testing governance and statistical best practices.
