Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
Reports To: VP, Engineering
We are seeking a Project and Quality Manager to lead and standardize project and quality management practices across the organization. This role supports engineering initiatives, capital projects, and maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project and quality management policies and procedures
- Support project and quality management across the organization
- Manage engineering-related programs, capital contributions, and special projects
- Develop long-range and condition-based maintenance plans
- Oversee warranty management and the maintenance management system
- Manage engineering documentation and SharePoint site
- Standardize major project contracts, including terms and conditions
- Engineering degree or equivalent marine engineering/project management experience
- 5+ years' experience in project management
- Project management certification (asset)
- Maritime industry experience (strong asset)
- Strong organizational and independent working skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
- Office-based with regular travel to vessels and terminals
- Flexible schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel
- Must be able to access all areas of ships and terminals
