Location: Halifax (Travel throughout the Maritimes required)Salary: $85,000 – $90,000Reports To: VP, EngineeringAbout The RoleWe are seeking a Project and Quality Manager to lead and standardize project and quality management practices across the organization. This role supports engineering initiatives, capital projects, and maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project and quality management policies and proceduresSupport project and quality management across the organizationManage engineering-related programs, capital contributions, and special projectsDevelop long-range and condition-based maintenance plansOversee warranty management and the maintenance management systemManage engineering documentation and SharePoint siteStandardize major project contracts, including terms and conditionsQualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent marine engineering/project management experience5+ years’ experience in project managementProject management certification (asset)Maritime industry experience (strong asset)Strong organizational and independent working skillsProficient with Microsoft Office toolsWorking ConditionsOffice-based with regular travel to vessels and terminalsFlexible schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travelMust be able to access all areas of ships and terminalsDeadline for applications: Friday, January 23rd, 2026, at 11:59am #J-18808-Ljbffr
