Daily Responsibilities
A typical day in this role includes:
- Verifying and initiating requests.
- Contacting other firms via phone or email.
- Communicating effectively with Branches to ensure smooth operations.
Program/Technology/Software Knowledge
- Essential:
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Usage:
Candidate will use these tools daily to manage requests, prepare reports, communicate with stakeholders, and track workflow efficiently.
Must-Have Skills/Experience/Education/Certifications

- Experience handling high volumes of phone calls.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, busy environment.
