Daily Responsibilities

A typical day in this role includes:

  • Verifying and initiating requests.
  • Contacting other firms via phone or email.
  • Communicating effectively with Branches to ensure smooth operations.

Program/Technology/Software Knowledge

  • Essential:
    Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Usage:
    Candidate will use these tools daily to manage requests, prepare reports, communicate with stakeholders, and track workflow efficiently.

Must-Have Skills/Experience/Education/Certifications

  • Office experience: [# years, e.g., 1-2 years]
  • Experience handling high volumes of phone calls.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience/Education/Certifications

  • Experience with transfers.
  • Proficiency in French (verbal and/or written).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
