Job Summary
The Cabinet Design and Sales person is a critical position that is responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling Shepherd's custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry products and service by providing design consultations and quotes to clients. The goal is to create a positive and productive environment for our customers as they chose and plan for the finishings in their home or with the full usage of beautiful Design Centre showroom.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and cultivate a robust base with the target market
Attend and represent Shepherd's at networking events to expand business connections and opportunities
Utilize computer aided 20/20 cabinet design software to create innovative and customized cabinetry.

Dynamic, energetic, professional, and positive presence with customers and team members
Excellent communication, people skills, problem solving and customer service skills
Attention to detail and understanding of workflow, 20/20 and sales systems
A growing efficiency in working with Home Hardware Dimensions and other computer resources
A growing working knowledge of our products, reps, stakeholders for awareness and connections
Ability to collaborate with many different customers, employees, managers, and departments
Self starter and results oriented with excellent time and organizational skill sets
Familiarity with Design and planning processes for house building and finishing
Develop detailed project plans, including timeline, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of all projects
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, obstacles, employing effective problem solving strategies
Set and suppress ambitious sales targets, leveraging strategic tactics and market insights to drive revenue growth
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Please note this role for Cabinet Design and Sales will receive a training salary before transitioning to a base salary plus commission. The salary range advertised includes base salary plus commissions on average annually and there is no cap on commission potential.
The successful candidate in this role will be expected to work some evenings and weekends as needed to ensure adequate coverage Monday to Saturday by all sale reps.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person on site. Some travelling required to meet with clients on jobsites.
