Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader to production line workers to maintain a smooth production flow.
  • Organize commissary and office space.
  • Operate machinery and equipment on the production line efficiently and safely.
  • Assemble and package products according to company specifications.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and meet production quotas.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to balance physical tasks with office work.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.

Bonuses:

  • Annual Performance Bonus
  • $50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
  • $25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
  • $15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
  • $5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full-time, exclusive & live in the area)
  • $1,000 bonus for each successful location you find

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
