About the Position

We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to join ExpensePoint as our second dedicated marketing hire, partnering closely with our Product Marketing Manager. This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure across marketing functions.

This is a remote role based in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing strategy and execution: Work with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing and communications initiatives that drive lead generation and increase brand presence
  • Support marketing needs across teams: Partner with departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product to support marketing-related initiatives
  • Support go-to-market communications: Assist with product/feature announcements and occasional PR initiatives by drafting launch communications, coordinating timelines with internal stakeholders, and helping create supporting assets (web updates, emails, one-pagers, FAQs, press/partner announcements)
  • Create compelling content: Plan, write, and edit content across multiple formats including blogs, eBooks, white papers, case studies, web copy, and campaign assets
  • Manage social media: Own day-to-day management of ExpensePoint's social channels
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns: Assist in building and running campaigns across paid search, paid social, email marketing, website updates, and retargeting based on strategic direction

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Foundational knowledge in digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to simplify complex topics
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
  • Experience with HubSpot
