Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and HR technologies to identify, attract, and engage top talent. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth by building strong candidate pipelines and fostering positive employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using HR sourcing tools, social media platforms, cold calling, and lead generation techniques to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and presenting offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication skills and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate employment terms and facilitate onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Support employee relations initiatives by providing insights into staffing needs and contributing to training & development programs when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent interviewing capabilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes including employee relations, onboarding, training & development.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams effectively.
- Ability to research industry trends and leverage various channels for lead generation and cold calling campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
