We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Recruiter to join our team and help expand our network of potential matches.

**Job Description:**

As a Database Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting individuals to join our matchmaking database. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential clients who are interested in finding meaningful relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential clients for our matchmaking database.

  • Conduct outreach through social media, networking events, and other channels to promote our services.

  • Screen and interview potential clients to assess their compatibility and interest in our matchmaking services.

  • Collaborate with the matchmaking team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to enhance our database.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the matchmaking or relationship industry).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for helping others find love and connection.
