What You'll Do:
Salesforce Support & Optimization:
- Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for the commercial team.
- Configure and maintain user profiles, page layouts, and workflows to support business processes.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure Salesforce reflects accurate pipeline, lead, and account data.
Reporting & Insights:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and campaign performance.
- Translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions using Salesforce and integrated tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Support QBRs and executive reviews with timely, accurate data.
Data Hygiene & Governance:
- Monitor and improve data quality across leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Implement processes for duplicate management, field validation, and data enrichment.
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to ensure alignment on data standards and segmentation.
AI Tools & Automation:
- Support adoption and optimization of AI-powered tools (e.g., Einstein, Copilot, ChatGPT integrations).
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve user experience.
- Train users in new features and best practices for leveraging AI in Salesforce.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align systems with business goals.
- Participate in strategic projects such as territory planning, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
- Provide feedback to Product and IT teams on system enhancements and integrations.
Metrics for Success:
- Dashboard Adoption: 90%+ usage of standardized dashboards by Sales and Marketing teams.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain 95%+ accuracy across key fields (e.g., industry, region, contact info).
- Automation Impact: Reduce manual data entry and reporting time by 30%+ through automation.
- AI Utilization: Drive 80%+ adoption of AI tools among commercial users.
- User Satisfaction: Achieve internal stakeholder satisfaction scores of 90%+ on Salesforce support.
Who You Are:
You're a strategic thinker with a knack for excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Salesforce Analyst role, preferably supporting commercial teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and marketing operations.
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce Reports, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Einstein, Copilot, Zapier).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
- Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
