Salary Range: $137,000 - $157,000/annum, range is variable and dependent on overtime worked and production bonus paid

Job Description:

The primary role of an electrician is to install electrical power, equipment and control systems throughout underground work areas:

  • ESS's (substations), pumpstations, charging dispensers, shops, vent doors, sumps,  etc.
  • Fabrication and installation of electrical racks and cable supports
  • Lighting, receptacles and electric/hydraulic equipment
  • Phone systems and all mine communication systems
  • PLC and other advanced or automation systems
  • High Voltage, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage installation and equipment
  • Installation of DC charging equipment
  • Assist with fabrication of electrical panels and other necessary installation of electrical cables, when required
