Receptionist / Sterilization assistant – Saskatoon Denture Clinic

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our friendly team at Saskatoon Denture Clinic. This is a front-line role that blends both administrative and clinical support duties, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working directly with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact in person and over the phone
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out
  • Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries
  • Seat patients and assist with daily room turnover and sterilization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Support clinical staff with day-to-day tasks as needed
