We are looking for someone with the following skills**:Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. ** Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. **Previous experience working in Medical Clinic is preferred but not required. ** Previous experience working with Accuro EMR system is a definite advantage, but we are willing to train the right person.
The Employee will be expected to: - Perform office administrative duties such as: answering phone calls, sending faxes, indexing, scanning, filing and archiving documents and faxes. - Maintain electronic medical records - update address, phone number and any other patient’s information on each visit. - Prepare patients for examination and assisting Physicians when needed. - Measure vital signs (i.e. Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Oxygen saturation, Height and Weight, etc.) on each patient and record in electronic medical record. - Schedule patients for tests, follow up appointments. - Call back patients when required. - Clean and sterilize materials and instruments. - Prepare examination rooms - Participate in team and staff meetings as requested. - Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms, reception and waiting area.

All patients are required to wear a mask. Common surfaces are sanitized regularly and we require our staff to be fully vaccinated.
