About Us:
Sauna Depot is a leading supplier of high-quality saunas, committed to delivering exceptional products and customer service. We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our showroom office team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer emails and inquiries.
- Call customers who have placed orders to confirm details and provide updates.
Order Processing:
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
Quoting & Proposals:
- Create and deliver quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to customize quotes as needed.
CRM Management:
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress in the system.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Personal Attributes:
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
