Founded in 2011, Fullscript started by solving one problem: helping practitioners access and prescribe the products they trust to deliver integrative care.
What began as a simple solution has evolved into a health intelligence platform that powers every part of care.
Today, 125,000 practitioners rely on Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. They support over 10 million patients who use Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans, making it easier to stay engaged and follow through on treatment.
We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and strengthen the connection between practitioner and patient. When everything practitioners need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.
This is your invitation. Bring your ideas. Bring your grit. Bring your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and optimization of our newest product line at Fullscript, Journeys. Journeys is currently operating like a start-up within the Fullscript umbrella, and is focused on building a longitudinal whole person care platform for patients and providers. We are looking for a 'founder' type individual that can come in and wear different hats - from analytics, to growth, and everything in between. If you're passionate about health and wellness, and transforming patients lives, this is your chance to make a real impact
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linear (or Jira), Analytics platforms (metabase, lookr), and has extensive experience running engineering sprints and working hand in hand with designers. We're looking for a proven track record of owning product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder relationships to drive impactful outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Product Roadmap: Define and manage the roadmap for Journeys, aligning it with business goals.
- Product strategy: help define the product by speaking to countless providers and patients.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with developers, designers, marketing, and commercial leaders to translate business needs into impactful product solutions.
- Engage Stakeholders: Keep teams aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication.
- Iterate & Improve: Track performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve features to deliver ongoing value.
- Hustle & a Bias for action: you are ready to do whatever it takes to win.
- 0 - 1 Product Experience: You've owned an early stage product from idea through launch, iteration and scale. You're comfortable with ambiguity, fast learning cycles and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Customer Obsessed and Insights Driven: You spend time with users. You listen deeply, you build conviction not from opinions, but from patterns.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Proven ability to own and execute product roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work seamlessly with development and data teams to bring solutions to life.
- Strong Communication: Excellent at keeping teams aligned and stakeholders informed.
- Flexible PTO & competitive pay—rest fuels performance.
- RRSP match & stock options—invest in your future.
- Customizable benefits—flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.
- Fullscript discounts—save on wellness products.
- Continuous learning—training budget + company-wide initiatives.
- Wherever You Work Well—hybrid and remote flexibility.
Great work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and inspired. You'll join a team that:
⬦ Values innovation. We stay curious and keep finding smarter ways to make care better. ⬦ Supports growth. We learn together and take on new challenges that drive impact. ⬦ Puts people first. We win as a team and leave egos at the door.
Apply now. Let's build the future of healthcare together.
