Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC. The Support Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily needs, providing compassionate care, supporting clients in achieving their personal goals, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The Support Associate will work closely with clients to create a nurturing environment, enforce safeguarding measures, offer technical support, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Support Work and a strong understanding of safeguarding practices
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and ensure client safety
  • Effective team collaboration and client-focused care
  • High level of patience, compassion, and dedication
  • Certification in caregiving or related field is a plus
  • Experience working with individuals with unique challenges is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and follow established protocols
