Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preping, cooking and plating of dishes, working at a specific station on the line.
  • Cooking Dishes: Preparing, cooking, and plating various menu items to specified standards and recipes.
  • Station Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation for their assigned station.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste before it reaches the customer.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with other kitchen staff and coordinating to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Food Safety: Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Planning and multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level
  • Verbal communication
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in chopping, cutting, and various cooking methods.
  • Speed and Dexterity: The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
