Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preping, cooking and plating of dishes, working at a specific station on the line.
  • **Cooking Dishes**: Preparing, cooking, and plating various menu items to specified standards and recipes.
  • **Station Management**: Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation for their assigned station.
  • **Quality Control**: Ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste before it reaches the customer.
  • **Communication**: Effectively communicating with other kitchen staff and coordinating to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • **Food Safety**: Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and proper storage standards.
