Part-Time Driver: Independent Contractor

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver (Independent Contractor) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving client vehicles from one location to another while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while meeting delivery deadlines and requirements.
Duties
- Safely operate dispatched vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during interactions with clients.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license- Any class
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and order requrements.
