  • Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required on job sites
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations

Skills

  • Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
  • Experience or familiarity with concrete forming and rebar installation is a plus
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
  • Work at heights or in confined spaces if needed - training provided
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Eagerness to learn new skills within the construction trades
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
