What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with eyeglasses and contact lens selection, providing professional and friendly recommendations
  • Support opticians and optometrists with daily operations
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions
  • Book and manage appointments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
  • Sanitize equipment and assist with basic office organization
  • Accurately collect and input client information

What We're Looking For

  • High school graduate (college or university education is an asset)
  • Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail / clinic environment
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese (required due to customer base)
  • Retail, optical, medical, or clinic experience is an asset (training provided)
  • Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
