Job Description: - Perform accessibility testing on websites, mobile apps, and digital tools to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA, AODA, and other relevant standards.- Use manual testing tech-niques and automated tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) to identify and validate accessibility is-sues.- Test compatibility with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and screen magnifiers.- Document and report accessibility defects with clear reproduction steps and actionable recommendations.- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to re-mediate accessibility issues.- Participate in usability testing with individuals with disabilities to gather feedback and improve user experience.- Stay current with accessibility best practices, emerging technologies, and legislative requirements.
As an Accessibility Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring our digital products meet accessibility standards and deliver exceptional experiences for all users, including those with disabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve accessibility issues across web and mobile platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
