$53,805 - $72,795Work with a national team responsible for ensuring the efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and loan administration, enabling the delivery of optimized loan processing and FCC's customer experience.What you'll do:
- Process a variety of loan administration activities to customer accounts
- Ensure the integrity of loan information, compliance to policy and procedures and achievement of service and quality standards
- Build relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts

- Confident communicator comfortable dealing with internal and external partners, providing direction and feedback

- A keen eye for details and familiarity with procedure with a drive for quality, service and accuracy
What you'll need:
- A diploma or certificate in business or commerce and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Specialized knowledge of mortgages, lending processes, security, banking and loan products
- A detailed-oriented approach to tasks
