We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, time management and knowledge in all games and systems. Knowledge of Pokémon cards is considered an asset.

Duties

  • Purchasing games and systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their buying experience.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while managing time effectively during busy periods.
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus, particularly for roles involving product demos and technical sales support.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential for managing inventory and maintaining store displays effectively.
