Route Sales Representative (Sales + Delivery) — Alberta & BC (Kelowna)

Territory: Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton + Kelowna region (some overnights)

The Role:

We're hiring a hands-on Route Sales Representative to grow and manage Templ across Alberta and the Kelowna region. This hybrid role combines new business development, account management, merchandising, and route delivery support. You'll focus on liquor stores, restaurants, and independent accounts. Typical opening orders are 1–2 cases, and you'll be expected to drive reorders through strong follow-up and regular samplings/tastings.

What You'll Do :

  • Open new accounts via cold walk-ins, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Manage existing accounts: ordering, reorders, promos, and service
  • Plan and execute samplings/tastings (as scheduled)
  • Merchandise in-store: shelf placement, displays, and POS (where permitted)
  • Support deliveries and keep route logistics organized (load/unload, invoices/POs)
  • Track activity and results (doors opened, reorder rate, volume, displays)

What Success Looks Like:

  • Target pace: ~100 new active accounts by end of month 4

  • "Active" = opening order + at least one reorder within 60 days

  • Consistent reorders and strong in-store execution across the territory

What We're Looking For:

  • Beverage/CPG route sales or field sales experience (preferred)
  • Confident hunter with strong follow-up and organization
  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • Comfortable lifting/moving cases and working independently
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-first

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $58,000–$65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: 4% of net wholesale sales (paid monthly)
  • Bonus: performance-based new account incentives (details shared in interview)
  • Expenses: company vehicle provided + travel expenses covered
