As Vision33 continues to grow our Sage Intacct practice, we are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll be the trusted advisor to our prospects and clients—understanding their challenges, demonstrating the value of Sage Intacct, and helping them transform their financial operations through the power of cloud ERP.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Expertise: Present Sage Intacct's capabilities and architecture to prospects and customers, building confidence in its functionality and infrastructure.
• Understand and Solve: Uncover business and financial requirements through discovery sessions, analyze challenges, and develop tailored solution strategies that position Sage Intacct as the ideal fit.
• Deliver High-Impact Demonstrations: Design and deliver engaging, high-value demonstrations that showcase how Sage Intacct can transform a client's financial management and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate and Win: Work closely with Account Executives, Business Development, and Marketing to create compelling solution proposals and sales materials that accelerate the sales cycle.
• Drive Results: Support deal strategy, address technical objections, and contribute to meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets alongside the broader sales team.
• Influence Product Direction: Provide valuable feedback to internal teams on customer requests, product enhancements, and emerging market needs.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant for accounting, financial, or ERP software (Sage Intacct experience is a major asset).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business value for C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—confident in front of both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success increasing deal size, accelerating the sales cycle, and meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Familiarity with cloud technology, APIs, XML, and web services is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping businesses thrive through innovation and technology.
