Saskatoon SK SN R, Canada QuickLinkt Solutions Ltd. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

About TeamLinkt

TeamLinkt is one of North America's fastest-growing sports management platforms, helping leagues, clubs, and teams simplify operations — from registration and scheduling to communication, websites, digital game sheets, and fundraising. Our mission is to empower sports organizations to spend less time on admin work and more time growing their programs and serving athletes in their communities.

Role Overview

As the first Product Marketing hire at TeamLinkt, the Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success — owning go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product adoption, and user engagement. You'll be responsible for ensuring our users understand, adopt, and get value from TeamLinkt's suite of tools, while enabling internal teams to effectively position and communicate product benefits.

This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on data-driven storytelling, user empathy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Lead GTM planning for new features, releases, and product updates — from positioning and messaging to campaign execution and launch measurement.
  • Build and maintain launch playbooks, including FAQs, videos, email cadences, landing pages, in-product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate technical features into compelling user benefits.

Product Adoption & Engagement

  • Partner with the product and marketing teams to drive user adoption of new and existing features.
  • Identify and execute user education campaigns that deepen product engagement and retention.
  • Work with Zach and Greg (our data analyst) to develop metrics dashboards and experiments to improve activation, conversion, and adoption rates.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct persona and competitive analysis to inform positioning and differentiation.
  • Build customer feedback loops to identify unmet needs and messaging opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Align with Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and product understanding.
  • Equip teams with launch assets, key messaging, and FAQs to support client conversations.
  • Contribute to the refinement of TeamLinkt's overall brand and product narrative.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You'll be measured on your ability to create meaningful, measurable impact across:

  • GTM & Product Adoption: Feature activation rate, % of orgs using new tools post-launch, % of launches with full GTM asset coverage (in-product, social, email, webinars, etc.)

North Star KPIs: Increase in product-led growth (PLG) account conversion and increase in Gross Processing Volume (GPV) for our users.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, user onboarding, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven track record driving measurable product adoption and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex features into compelling stories.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting usage data and KPIs.
  • Experience in sports technology or community-driven products is a plus (not required).

What You'll Love About TeamLinkt

  • Join one of the fastest-growing companies in the #SKTech scene
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on how thousands of sports organizations operate.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with high visibility into product strategy.
  • Competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for growth.
