Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with HR software systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition, training & development initiatives, and HR operations within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates via ATS platforms like iCIMS and Lever.
  • Support recruitment activities such as interviewing, data collection, and HR sourcing efforts.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, and ADP to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support payroll processing activities through data entry and verification in Kronos, ADP, or Ceridian systems.
  • Contribute to employee relations initiatives by assisting with communication and engagement programs.
  • Aid in training & development programs by organizing sessions and tracking participation.
  • Assist with change management projects related to HR processes or system implementations.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR data for management using tools like Salesforce or HRIS platforms.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions including maintaining personnel files and managing documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee relations, and training & development is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data entry and data collection techniques ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to change management initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative experience supporting human resources functions is required.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as Salesforce or PeopleSoft is a plus. This role is integral to maintaining efficient HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment through effective support of our human resources initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,991.95-$83,530.11 per year
