Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Manager, located in Mississauga, ON. The Automotive Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and coordinating with technicians and other team members. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving efficient service workflow to promote customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive service standards
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Leadership abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage a team effectively
  • Previous experience in an automotive service setting preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Post-secondary education in automotive technology or management is an asset
  • PBS experience is an asset
