Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to manage exisiting customers and sign up new ones . The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, and ensure a positive experience for our diverse customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills. Native level of fluency in English is mandatory to support our clientele. The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a customer-centric environment that aligns with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing rental office daily 10-5pm Monday to Saturday
  • Move in and move out customers using customer database computer software
  • Selling our value added storage options to new walk in customers
  • Daily inspections of entire facility to remove snow, garbage, salt icy areas
  • Ensure Storage units are clean and ready for new customers
  • security lock checks for gates, secure entry points, container units
  • Oversee escalated customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • CCTV monitoring of entire site
  • Taking all company phone calls and emails during regular business hours
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English to address inquiries,

Skills

  • Office Reception and Customner Service
  • Sales for new customers on premises
  • maintaining a clean company office and washroom
  • Computer skills running MS word, Excel and Sitelink Storage Software (will train you)
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of ideas, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Negotiation expertise to handle complex client issues diplomatically and effectively
  • Customer service excellence with a focus on building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer loyalty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
