RECRUTEMENT URGENT. Notre client est une firme de services-conseils de premier plan en cybersécurité, spécialisée dans la protection des organisations contre les menaces numériques complexes. Partenaire de confiance, l'entreprise déploie une expertise de pointe pour anticiper, prévenir et neutraliser les cyberattaques. Son service de réponse aux incidents, basé sur un modèle de « retainer », garantit à ses clients un accès immédiat à une cellule de crise en cas d'urgence.

Sommaire du poste

En tant que BU Manager, vous jouez un rôle stratégique au carrefour de l'expertise technique et de la gestion d'affaires. Vous supervisez la détection, l'analyse et la neutralisation des menaces. Vous intervenez dès la qualification d'alertes critiques pour limiter l'impact des incidents (rançongiciels, intrusions, fuites de données) et accompagnez activement le rétablissement des services essentiels.

Responsabilités principales :

  1. Analyse et Investigation (DFIR)

  2. Gestion de l'incident

  3. Amélioration continue



Profil

Compétences techniques :

  • Systèmes : Maîtrise avancée des environnements Windows (Internals, Event Logs) et Linux (Syslog, artefacts).

  • Outils de sécurité : Expertise confirmée avec les solutions EDR (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender) et SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, ELK).

  • Réseautage : Maîtrise de l'analyse de flux (Wireshark) et des protocoles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMB).

  • Automatisation : Capacité à scripter (Python, PowerShell ou Bash) pour le traitement des journaux (logs).

  • InfoNuagique : Bonne connaissance des environnements Cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP).

Formation et expérience :

  • Scolarité : Bac+5 en informatique avec spécialisation en cybersécurité.

  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente au sein d'un SOC, d'un CSIRT ou en infrastructure critique.

  • Certifications (atouts) : GCIH, GCFA, GCFE ou certifications éditeurs (ex: SC-200).

  • Bilingue fonctionnel

  • Leadership et gestion de crise : Capacité à prendre des décisions critiques sous pression tout en restant méthodique.

  • Communication : Excellente capacité de vulgarisation technique auprès de la haute direction (C-Level).

  • Relation client : Sens aigu du service, diplomatie et empathie en situation de stress.

  • Éthique : Rigueur professionnelle et intégrité irréprochable.

Flexibilité : Poste basé au Québec, offert en télétravail complet depuis le Québec ou proche, avec des visites ponctuelles chez les clients ou parfois au bureau selon les besoins.
