- Lead with enthusiasm, delegate and empower teams
- Coach your team's business development acumen
- Work with all team members to develop and obtain the necessary qualifications, training, and experience to achieve their professional growth

- Ability to meet or exceed financial business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and mentor teams to achieve business growth ambitions
- Demonstrated experience working respectfully in cross-cultural settings, including building, and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities considered an asset

At Colliers Project Leaders, we're not looking for "perfect matches." We're looking to welcome people to our diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. So, if you're excited about this role but don't have every single qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. Whether it's this role or another one, you may be just the right candidate.

- A flexible work environment
- A comprehensive onboarding experience
- Significant professional development, training, and a mentorship program
