Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an outstanding opportunity to deliver high-quality dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
  • Perform dental surgeries and various procedures as required.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients on oral health and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and demonstrate continuous professional development.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree in dentistry (DDS or DMD) from an accredited Canadian or American institution.
  • A current and valid dental license in the province of Ontario.
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide high-quality care while demonstrating empathy and respect for patients.
Desired Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
  • Experience in a private practice setting is preferred.
  • Multilingualism is a strong asset, helping to cater to our diverse patient population.
Salary & Benefits:
