Reports To: Logistics and Materials Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Agent to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials, parts, and finished products. The ideal candidate will also be willing to cover driving and alternate shifts as needed to support operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain organized inventory and accurate records of all shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely flow of materials.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Occasionally cover driving responsibilities, including transporting materials to external locations.
  • Flexibly cover shifts to support operational demands as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and aerospace industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse training preferred.
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to drive company vehicles when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 25 pounds) safely.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts when operationally required.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping documentation.

We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Agent to join our aerospace team. In this role, you will handle shipments, maintain inventory, and support smooth operations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
