Field Service Representative

About the Role

East Eagle Enterprises Ltd. is hiring Field Service Representatives (FSRs) for the Gas Meter Exchange & Relight Program.

This is a field-based, hands-on role ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently at residential properties.

Training Provided

• 2–3 weeks of in-class and workshop training
• Safety procedures, work methods, and compliance standards
• Hands-on field preparation before deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform gas meter exchanges and relights
• Attend residential sites and complete assigned work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
• Accurately document work using handheld devices
• Handle tools and materials responsibly
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and team members

Pay Structure

• Hourly and/or Production-based pay (per completed meter)
• Higher productivity = higher earnings

Work Schedule

• Standard 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Typical start time: 7:30 AM
• Consistent weekday work
• Minimum daily production expectations apply

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Physically capable of field work in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Basic smartphone/app usage skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

• Confined Space Certification
• WHMIS
• First Aid Certificate
• Plumbing or Gas Fitting experience or certification
• Previous field service, utility, or construction experience

(Preferred qualifications are not mandatory but will be considered an asset.)

Pay: $62,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
