Home Health Aide

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes. As a vital member of our home healthcare team, you will assist clients with daily activities and support their independence and well-being.
Compassionate Hands Home Healthcare provides compassionate, skilled nursing services to medically complex pediatric and adult patients. We strive to enhance the quality of life and increase the life expectancy of our clients. Our personalized services bring comfort and peace to clients and families.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Help with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping, such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse.
Follow the care plan and document daily activities and services provided.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
Current HHA certification (if required by your state).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
