II. Job Positions and Salary Range

We offer three different levels of positions, with salaries based on experience:

1. Senior Technician

The weekly salary is CAD 2,500, and the annual salary is around CAD 130,000.

This position requires extensive maintenance and testing experience with internal combustion engines and cloud computing machines, and the ability to perform tasks such as installation, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Basic English communication skills are sufficient (approximately IELTS 4–5).

1. Intermediate Technician

The weekly salary is CAD 1,800–2,000, and the annual salary is around CAD 93,000 to 102,000.

A good understanding of the operating principles of internal combustion engines, motors, generators, and computing devices is required, along with practical maintenance experience.

1. Junior Assistant Worker

Weekly salary is CAD 1,200–1,500, annual salary is CAD 63,000–78,000.

Applicants must be under 50 years old, in good health, and have no extensive experience required, but must be able to assist technicians on-site, such as in equipment handling and basic auxiliary work. They can learn on the job.

III. Job Responsibilities

Daily maintenance and inspection of internal combustion engines, computing machines, and generator systems; assistance with equipment installation, commissioning, and performance testing; recording operational status; conducting basic fault diagnosis; adhering to safety regulations; and ensuring on-site safety.

IV. Language & Work Permit Requirements

Language requirement: bilingual (Chinese and English) preferred; however, if the applicant has extensive experience in machine maintenance, the English requirement may be lowered.

Those with work permits or who are local Chinese Canadians will be given priority in hiring.

For candidates from China, the company can assist with immigration and work visa applications, provided their English proficiency and experience meet the requirements.

V. Compensation & Benefits

• Paid leave: You can choose to work three days on and one day off, work nine days on and three days off, or receive extra pay after a full year of continuous service.

• Working hours vary depending on the project: approximately 10 hours per day during the debugging period, and 4-6 hours per day during normal periods, with some periods being less busy.
