What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager, Procurement your key area of responsibility will be building strategic internal partnerships and driving digital procurement transformation to deliver scalable purchasing solutions while ensuring timely execution of both direct and indirect spend. You will own the implementation of robust governance frameworks, policies, and controls to guarantee ethical sourcing, contract compliance, and optimized supplier performance across all categories. You will need to work closely with  planning team to align on demand forecasts and ensure timely purchase orders that support production and sales targets (S&OP process).

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate success leading teams through change, complexity, and continuous improvement. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Defining and executing a global procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals, balancing cost efficiency, supplier innovation, sustainability, and risk mitigation.

  • Building partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and delivering solutions that enable growth and scalability.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key procurement metrics, including cost savings, price variance, and supplier performance.

  • Implementing governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure ethical sourcing, contract compliance, and risk management.

  • Collaborate with the planning team to align on demand forecasts and ensure timely purchase orders that support production and sales targets (S&OP process).

  • Driving digital procurement transformation, leveraging data, automation, and analytics to improve visibility, decision-making, and efficiency.

  • Negotiating enterprise-level agreements and managing supplier relationships to optimize value, performance, and compliance.

  • Implementing governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure ethical sourcing, contract compliance, and risk management.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing global procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

  • Act as a change agent to elevate procurement maturity across the organization.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • years of experience in progressive procurement or sourcing experience in a complex, multinational environment.

  • 5 - 7 years of experience fostering accountability, ownership, and results-driven behaviours.

  • Strong experience managing both direct and indirect categories.

  • Ability to identify, develop and retain top talent.

  • Skilled in coaching individuals at various levels, providing guidance, and supporting career progression.

  • Experience leading teams and working with stakeholders across multiple regions.

  • Ability to build trust, alignment and engagement across functions and regions.

  • Skilled at navigating senior-level conversations and influencing authority.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures.

  • Experience working across APAC, LATAM, North America, and Europe is an asset.

  • Procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an asset.

  • Experience managing global or geographically dispersed teams is an asset.
