Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Technical Recruiter. The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, sourcing and hiring technical talent to meet business needs. The role involves creating and executing hiring strategies, collaborating with department leaders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, this role will require strong communication and the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
- Strong skills in Technical Recruiting and Hiring strategies
- Proven experience in Health Care recruitment
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
