John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is looking for a full time Car Porter/Lube Technician for our busy Hamilton dealership. This position requires a self-starter, someone that can take initiative to complete assigned tasks and who is dependable, reliable and trustworthy. This individual must possess exceptional customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. The ideal candidate must be a team player and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve vehicles to and from customers
  • Check in vehicles
  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Tire repairs and replacement
  • Tire changeovers
  • Maintenance services
  • Wash & vacuum vehicles
  • Keep shop tidy and clean
  • Ensure lot maintenance
  • Assist Service Manager/Service Shop Manager and Technicians with other duties

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class G Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
  • Able to drive both standard and automatic transmission

Pay: $18.00 per hour to start
