Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves performing routine oil changes and maintenance services, ensuring that vehicles are operating efficiently and safely. The Lube Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to support our customers' automotive needs.

Duties

  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products to customers.
  • Lift heavy equipment or parts as required during service tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dealership or mechanic environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
  • Experience in automotive repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Valid drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
