Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brampton, ON, for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle construction project management, from initial planning to final handover.
  • Coordinate project schedule, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulation, permit requirements and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspection to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges to maintain workflow and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants and external partners.
  • Maintain clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • contribute to continuous improvement, efficiency, quality-control practices.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Minimum 5+ experience in Project Management and Construction Management with residential or land developments projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and cost control within construction projects
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory, Ontario building codes, and municipal regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction techniques is an asset.
