We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join the team at our Calgary store.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Build trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the store's daily operations
  • Deepen your product knowledge and share it with customers
  • Play a key role in the success of the team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
  • Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude
  • Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.)
  • Understand and apply company policies and procedures
  • Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team
  • Adhere to and promote health and safety standards
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Highlight and optimize in-store promotions
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts
