The Opportunity
We're looking for someone to take our Security Operations to the next level. This opportunity could suit:
- A more experienced Security Manager with team management experience ready to run the practice - A technically strong Senior Security Engineer who is hungry for growth and looking to step into a team leadership role for the first time.
This is a chance to either step up into leadership or take an established security career to the next level.
About the SOC team:
We operate 24x7x365, managing and reporting on client services against strict SLAs.
Our main platform is Microsoft Sentinel, with services including SIEM and SOC as part of a growing product suite.

- Strong previous experience working in a SOC role detecting, remediating and preventing security incidents.
- 5 years of experience in a security operations engineer role.
- Experience working with SIEM specifically with Sentinel in Azure cloud.
- Experience working in a 24/7 SOC environment.
- Previous experience mentoring and leading more junior engineers in a SOC environment is required.
- Desirable previous experience leading a security operations team.
- Lead and operate the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring world-class detection, response, and prevention of incidents affecting our customers.
- Be the escalation point for incidents, reporting, and customer queries.
- Support onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure processes are followed.
- Help shape and grow a high-performing SOC team that exceeds business goals.
