We currently have an opportunity for an Experienced Sales Manager (RV / Auto) that can manage a growing sales organization for Canada's premier RV dealership, Allan Dale RVs & Trailers – Morinville

SALES MANAGER

Responsible for hiring and overseeing all Sales Staff, establish long- & short-term sales goals. Provide continuing support for sales staff & continue sales success.. Facilitate the operation of an efficient & effective dealership, while continuing to build a strong customer base.

Candidates must have verifiable track records, reputation, training & strong leadership skills. Strong selling & negotiation skills together with the ability to analyze market performance while maintaining a positive atmosphere & image.
