Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and driven-to-success Ecommerce Sales Associate to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of our online sales strategy including physical inventory management and shipping, reports and sales data generation and analysis, website listings data management, and order picking & packing. Some assistance in promoting our products through effective social media promotions and online advertising will also be expected - knowledge of theses advertising strategies is expected. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales through online means, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process physical inventory into various sales channels, while ensuring accuracy of cost/quantity for incoming product.
  • Ship product to third-party warehouse and following up with the third-party to ensure quantities and condition received is accurate and appropriate.
  • Maintain online sales presence through product data information accuracy and optimization.
  • Pick and pack online sales orders.
  • Pull data reports from various sales channels to analyze sales volumes and re-order needs.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
  • Uphold company standards for sales excellence at all times.
  • Utilize communication etiquette when interacting with customers or third-party partners via phone or email.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail and ecommerce sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with art materials and boardgame products is a plus.
  • Basic MS Excel and math skills for navigating spreadsheets of data accurately.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandising standards.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.79-$24.18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
