Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy retail season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while assisting with various retail operations.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling card terminal transactions accurately.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently prioritizing tasks during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience, and increasing sales totals.
  • Experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and visual presentation standards.
  • Basic numeracy skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette for customer interactions.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed during the seasonal period.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 20 per week
