Job Summary

We are seeking a happy, energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team immediately for 2-3 days a week. The days are set at Wednesday, Thursday and every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with an interest in toys and games for children. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Duties:**

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products

  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information

  • Upsell products and services to meet sales goals

  • Handle cash transactions

**Experience:**

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service

  • Knowledge of children's toy and sales techniques a bonus

  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour
