Must-Have Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of retail or customer service experience (Mobile/CellPhone/Accessories industry is a MUST)
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or similar) and other online sales and social media marketing platforms.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, internet navigation, and use of digital tools to support daily operations.

Eligibility:

  • Authorized to work in Canada and reside within the country

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)

Education:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Customer Service – Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product recommendations
  • Sales Support – Help customers find the right solutions and close sales confidently
  • Product Knowledge – Stay updated on the latest devices, accessories, and promotions
  • Inventory Assistance – Organize and restock shelves as needed
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve store goals
  • Flexibility – May be required to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the store.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 14 kg lbs)
  • Comfortable working in a retail environment, including evenings, Monday to Saturday (Based on Schedule), and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
