As a Lift Operator, you'll play a critical role in providing safe and efficient lift operations, contributing directly to our members' enjoyment. If you enjoy working outdoors this is the perfect role for you

This is a full time seasonal role from approximately mid December until April and includes holidays and weekends.

How You'll Contribute to the Team:

  • Maintain the highest safety standards while ensuring smooth and efficient lift operations.
  • Provide exceptional service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate lifts safely, ensuring all protocols are followed and no unsafe conditions exist.
  • Safely load and unload guests in a high-paced environment.
  • Shovel and maintain lift lines, loading, and unloading areas for easy access.
  • Utilize effective radio communication for smooth lift operations and quick responses.
  • Follow safety protocols procedures.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience by answering questions and providing helpful information about the club.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for weekends, shifts, holidays, and overtime.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
